The Parliament to supports draft of Foreign Investment law
Mongolian Parliament yesterday to supported a draft law on Regulation of Foreign investment in strategic companies and an amendment to the Law on Foreign investment.
Local and foreign investors pay attention to the draft law discussion because Mongolia will change foreign investment policy and inviting policy to be changed by regulating and monitoring trends.
Some local investors already expressed their view on draft law. They criticized that draft law goves more power to the state and the government will monitor business activities. The Standing committee will discuss draft law next week.
