L.Bold congratulates new Japanese PM
L.Bold, the Minister for Foreign Affairs congratulated the President of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Shinzo Abe on his election as Japan`s 96th Prime Minister.
L.Bold made the statement; “I started my official visit as the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia in Japan and met with you last October. Now I see and am very pleased that my good wishes for you came true in your inauguration.”
L.Bold also articulated that the Japanese Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and the new Government will play an invaluable role in developing an strong partnership between Mongolia and Japan.
The trend in Mongolian foreign policy is to strengthen all kinds of bilateral cooperation with Japan.
He stated that he believed the new Prime Minister would make the necessary efforts to reach the targets.
In addition, Mr Shinzo Abe signed a 10 years program for developing a comprehensive partnership between Mongolia and Japan during his term as Prime Minister in the Mongolian President`s visit to Japan in 2007.
