INVESTMENT FORUM RUNS IN CHINA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The “Mongolia and China Investments-2012” forum ran in Beijing on May 18.
It has been co organized by the Embassy of Mongolia in Beijing, “Lun Ani” legal organization of Beijing, “Volvo” group of construction equipment, Mining club of China, Mining bank of Hong Kong, “Peni I” group of Tianjin, “Hansen” group of Liaoning region of China and attended by 31 Mongolian and 60 Chinese entities.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia, Ts.Sukhbaatar addressed the gathered to speak about the two countries' political and economic cooperation, present situation in investments, chances to collaborate in mining, agriculture and farminbg sectors.
D.Damba, a head of the Mongolian national mining association, gave a speech about ways of investing in the Mongolian mining sphere, presented the laws and rules investors must follow in Mongolia, and underlined that that an environmentally-friendly mining must be developed.
Van Shougao, an executive director of “Tsairt Mineral” company, spoke, representing the Chinese non-ferrous metal, industry and construction company, about ways of investing in Mongolia and preventing from risks, and shared his experience in cooperating with Mongolian Tumurtei deposit, Sukhbaatar aimag. He was followed by seven Mongolian companies who presented their projects and activities.
During the forum, a business meeting between the two countries' companies and entities took place, and a labour fair was arranged for the Mongolian students who study in China.
