Mongolian Film Qualifies to Compete in the Cannes Film Festival
A Mongolian short film called “Dream” by director Ch.Khoroldorj, is to compete in the Cannes Film Festival. Never before was a Mongolian film been selected to compete in the Cannes Festival in the history Mongolian film industry.

The film producing team called “I city” won the first place with their short film named “Dream” in the international competition “48 Hour Film Project” and was granted the right to compete in Cannes.
The 48 HFP took place in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia in September, 2010. The Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science of Mongolia jointly will take bear all the expenses incurred by N.Khoroldorj’s to attend the 64th Cannes Film Festival, which will be held from May 11th - 22nd.
