13 companies take part in Boroo Gold’s mine safety contest

A total of 13 teams participated in the recent annual mining safety competition organized by Boroo Gold LLC in its mine site. Called Rescuer, the competition has been held every year since 2006, with the aim of testing and updating the skills and competence of mine rescue teams, introducing new technology, and allowing competitors to exchange their experiences.

This year’s competitors represented the National Emergency Agency, Boroo Gold, Erdenet, Shariin Gol, SouthGobi Sands, Energy Resources, and others. The hosts scored the most points.
