Bank card network now has eight members

With the induction of Golomt Bank, Khas Bank, State Bank and Capitron Bank on Monday, bank card network now has eight members. Khan Bank, Trade and Development Bank, Capital Bank, and Ulaanbaatar City Bank were already members of the network set up in June. Non cash transactions now account for 50% of total bank transactions, and with the addition of new members, it will increase further.

Use of bank cards reduces risk for citizens and makes for easy, reliable and prompt service. Mongol Bank is considering a proposal to issue a national card that can be used by the customer of any bank in the network.
