Event Business Academy selects scholarship candidates
Four candidates from Nigeria, Mongolia, Kenya and Poland have been offered scholarship places on the Event Business Academy's London summer school.
The international candidates include Adewunmi Iwayemi from Nigeria, Enkhjin Bayarkhuu from Mongolia, Magdalena Odhiambo from Kenya and Krzystof Szumkowski from Poland.
The four candidates will have the opportunity to spend a week on EBA’s Event Essentials or Event Essentials Plus event management courses free of charge.
The school, managed by agency RLC, launched its scholarship offer in April and a judging panel made up of key industry experts went through each submission at the end of May.
Rachel Ley, EBA course tutor and managing director of agency RLC, said: "We are thrilled to be able to offer event management training in London for such a multi-cultural and diverse mix of students.
"A career in event management is a people business and our chosen candidates will bring stories and experiences from all over the world."
