SOME BALLOTS ARE COUNTED BY HAND
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ According to the law on automatic election system, the General Election Committee /GEC/ has decided to count ballot papers by hand.
Such an action is needed due to impossibility to repair broken counting machines in some remote electoral sub-committees.
For the time being, the GEC cannot give any information about a number of sub-committees where the ballots have been counted manually because the elections results have not come from all sub-committees.
