Czech PM to visit Mongolia

ULAN BATOR, May 17 (Xinhua) -- Czech Prime Minister Jan Fischer will pay an official visit to Mongolia on Wednesday and Thursday, the government of Mongolia said Monday.
Fischer's visit is the first at head of government level since 1993. The Czech prime minister has been invited by his Mongolian counterpart, Batbold Sukhbaatar.
The two men will hold talks. Head of state of Mongolia Elbegdorj Tsakhia and Parliament Speaker Demberel Damdin will meet Fischer during his stay in Mongolia.
A meeting of Mongolian and Czech businessmen will be held as well. And a joint statement on Mongolia-Czech cooperation is expected.
