Reference is made to the announcements of Mongolia Investment Group Limited ("Company") dated 22 March
2011, 23 March 2011, 28 March 2011, 4 April 2011 and 8 April 2011 respectively in relation to legal proceedings initiated against the Company by Lim Siong Dennis, Mashbat Bukhbat, Tan Kah Hock, Yeo Cheow Tong, Batsukh Yadamsuren, Lim Shi Hui Celestina and Enebish Burenkhuu ("Plaintiffs"). The capitalized terms in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the said announcements.
During the hearing on 27 November 2012, the application made on 4 April 2011 by the Plaintiffs for interlocutory injunction against the Company and other Defendants ("Defendants") in the Summons was dismissed by the Court with costs awarded against the Plaintiffs in favour of the Company and the Defendants, such costs to be paid and taxed forthwith, if not agreed. Separately, the Plaintiffs' application to amend the Summons was also dismissed by the Court with costs awarded against the Plaintiffs in favour of the Company and the Defendants, such costs to be paid and taxed forthwith, if not agreed.
The Company will make further announcements as and when appropriate.
