Lotte Engg submits proposal for a rail project in Mongolia
Lotte Engineering & Construction Co said that a South Korean consortium has submitted a preliminary proposal for a USD 3 billion deal to build a 1,000 kilometer railway in southern Mongolia.
Lotte Engineering said in a statement that the railway will link Mongolia's Tavan Tolgoi mine in the South Gobi Desert and Choibalsan, the country's fourth largest city situated in the eastern area.
