DP suspends rotational election to its NCC

The National Consulting Committee of the DP yesterday decided that there would be no rotational replacement of its members in 2011. Such rotation takes place three times in four years, according to the party’s rules. The decision came as a relief to those members of the NCC who were slated to be replaced.
