DRAFT LAWS AND RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/On Wednesday, the cabinet submitted to parliament a draft parliamentary resolutions on setting state ratings for some cities and on state policy for media and communications.

The cabinet also submitted draft laws--on ratifying a credit agreement for a project on higher education reform established between the government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and on ratifying the 8th additional protocol of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

A.Tleikhan, Kh.Badelkhan and Kh.Jekei MPs submitted a draft parliamentary resolution on transferring state properties into the localities. They hope that if parliament approves the resolution, socio-economic negative consequences will be reduced and extra pressure will not put on the state budget.

Drawn up by S.Byambatsogt, D.Dondog, D.Oyunkhorol, S.Oyun and other MPs, a draft law on granting incentive to the mothers who have grown up many children was submitted to parliament the same day.
