ACA investigating aimag and soum officials
The Anti-Corruption Authority (ACA) is investigating two aimag governors and other officials on allegations of corruption.
The governor of Gobisumber aimag, J.Bayanmunkh, is being investigated for allegedly abusing his authority by privatizing state property to his ownership, bribery, and injuring a citizen.
The governor of Mandal soum of Selenge aimag, G.Tseepildorj, is being investigated for allegedly abusing his authority.
The governor of Uvs aimag, E.Tsaschikher, is also being investigated for allegedly abusing his authority.
Also, the head of the Civil Representatives Assembly of Uvs aimag is being investigated for allegedly abusing his authority.
