Constitution Day to be observed
The Law on Public Holidays of Mongolia lists January 13th as Constitution Day. The Press Agency of the Parliament has officially released a program of events for the 22nd anniversary of the democratic Constitution of Mongolia.
According to the official program, a televised lesson on the Constitution will be aired live on MNBC, TV5 and UBS on Monday, January 13th. As part of the anniversary, a decision was made to receive and pay respect to former People’s Great Khural deputies in the province, capital, soum and district level who adopted the Constitution. A “State Symbol” exhibition will open on January 13th at the Historic Development Hall of Parliament at the State Palace.
