Second discussion on draft budget begins
A Dispute over controversial mandate in the Uvurkhangai province erased and the parliament began the second discussion on draft budget today. According to a law the parliament has to pass state budget 2013 in 15th November. The second discussion postponed because of opposition party protests. Actually the second discussion should have begun last week. Yesterday, the ruling Democratic party and MPP reached a deal so that the MPs of MPP will attend the second discussion that begin at 15:00 o`clock today. Even though the parliament was to discuss about two MPs`oath-taking, as a deal between D.Erdenebat,Chief of DP group in parliament and N.Enkhbold, the Chief of MPP members in parliament to postpone the oath-taking and discuss the draft budget instead of it.
