Prime Minister meets with Mongolians in South Korea
Some 200 of the 30,000 Mongolians in South Korea met with Prime Minister S.Batbold in what was the first event of his official visit to South Korea. Batbold told them both Governments wanted conditions to be god for them and talks are continuing on allowing Mongolians to enter South Korea without visa. The Government would also press for a certificate to be issued to all Mongolians on the exact nature of the work they did in South Korea.
The Mongolians expressed concern about lack of medical facilities for children and pregnant women in Mongolia, the air pollution in Ulaanbaatar and asked about how those who live abroad would receive allowances being distributed to citizens in Mongolia. He explained everything and then handed over to one person at the meeting his certificate of civil registration under the new system.
