Parliamentary speaker's council meets

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A council at the Parliament Speaker discussed Thursday issues of setting an order of agendas to be considered at the regular parliamentary session of 2011, and of intensifying the preparation for the session. The council has considered as necessity to submit those draft laws and resolutions in the first turn that are focused on tackling urgent problems faced to the society, and are awaited by the public. The Speaker has obliged heads of Standing committees and leaders of political parties' groups to organize meetings of their working groups before the session for the vital draft laws such as bills on supporting employment, on health, on parliamentary election, and on amendment to the Constitution. The parties' groups also have been ordered to start their meetings on April 4. The council has decided to open the spring regular parliamentary session at 11.30 a.m April 5, 2011.
