PREMIER WORKS IN SELENGE AND TOV
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Monday, September 5, the Prime Minister S.Batbold worked in Selenge and Tov aimags. He has got acquainted with a course of harvesting in Saikhan, Bayangol, Mandal soums of Selenge and Sumber soum of Tov aimag. He has been accompanied by T.Badamjunai, the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry; T.Gandi, the Minister of Social Welfare and Labor; and Ch.Gankhuyag, the Vice Minister of Finance.
Firstly, the Premier visited an agrarian field of the "Gazryn Undraa" LLC located in Saikhan soum, and then presented to top agricultural entities combine harvesters made in USA. He warned the agrarians to pay a special attention to harvesting before snow fall expected soon according to a forecast. After this, the Premier worked in Bayangol soum. According to authorities of the soum, the "Zuun kharaa" company operating in the soum very needs small-sized tractors for harvesting vegetables, potatoes. Thus, the agricultural equipment such as tractors and other facilities have been granted to the company. S.Batbold got acquainted with works of the "Ogooj" company in Sumber soum, that has made planting on 4,800 hectares area. This company intends to harvest grain within 20 days, potatoes and vegetables within 10 days. B.Khuder
