CABINET BACKS LAW ON INNOVATION

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday, September 7, the cabinet discussed and backed a draft law on innovation and other draft amendments to some laws. Reflecting proposals of cabinet members, the draft laws will be submitted to the State Great Khural. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Education considers that a legal environment would be created for building the innovation system in Mongolia thanks to approving the draft law on innovation which has six chapters and 18 clauses. It is calculated approximately five billion Togrog is required to implement innovation projects that were ordered and registered by the state.
