FeOre awarded mining licence for second Mongolian iron ore project
(MENAFN - ProactiveInvestors - Australia) FeOre (ASX:FEO) has been awarded a mining licence for its Dartsagt iron ore project in Mongolia's Dornogovi Province.
The award comes after 11 months of exploration and studies.
Dartsagt is located about 50 kilometres east of the company's flagship Ereeny Project and about 12 kilometres from the main rail link between Ulaanbaatar and the Mongolian Chinese border station and city of Erenhot.
The early stage project covers 907.5 hectares and contains 32 drill holes and multiple trenches.
FeOre currently owns 80% of both Dartsagt and Ereeny.
