VICE MINISTER MEETS DEPUTY PRESIDENT OF GERMAN CO-OPERATIVE CON'N
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Last week, the Vice Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry P.Bayanmonkh held an official meeting with Mr. Dirk J. Lehnhoff, the vice president of the German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation.
The sides shared information on co-operatives for the food, agriculture and light industrial sectors, structural reform and prospects, and exchanged views on intensifying the collaboration in the co-operative sphere. They reached an agreement to determine together a specific form of the cooperation in the nearest future.
A delegation, led by P.Bayanmonkh, paid a visit to the Federal Republic of Germany on April 15-22 in frames of several measures of the International Year of Co-operatives, announced by the United Nations this year, at invitation of Germany's government.
