GARBAGE TRUCKS GIVEN TO CITY'S DISTRICTS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday, a ceremony took place to take 28 garbage trucks made by S.Korean Hyundai Corporation.
These trucks have been given by the "Fresh Air" foundation, the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, to nine districts of Ulaanbaatar city. The Prime Minister S.Batbold noted that the cabinet is working on creating favorable conditions for living, and hoped that these trucks will help in this.
"We should solve problems so as to live in a clean environment. Firstly, all disposal sites must work 24 hours a day, an illumination must be complete," PM said. He told the Minister of Environment and Tourism and authorities of the city to update the city's garbage management, establish a garbage processing plant meeting international standards, introduce the latest hi tech.
