Mongolian volleyball players win silver medal

With support of the Government of Mongolia, Mongolian Students Sport Federation, Volleyball Federation and Physical Culture and Sport Office jointly organized Asian University Women’s the second championship among women volleyball players at Buyant-Ukhaa sport complex.

Team of Mongolia and Thailand competed for gold medal and Thailand team won the game with 3-1 (25/21; 30/32; 25/14; 25/15). Thailand’s women team has become the champion of competition at the second time. Athletes from Hong Kong won bronze medal.

By the way, in 2009, Mongolian team won bronze medal at Asian students’ championship among women volleyball players in Thailand and our athletes exceeded previous success.
