Dacheng senior partner in Mongolia acquires certificate to be foreign-admitted lawyer

Dacheng senior partner Lu HaDa has been granted the certificate to be a foreign-admitted lawyer from the Ministry for Justice of Mongolia. Lu thus becomes the first foreign lawyer with such a certificate since foreign lawyers in Mongolia were required for registration.

Lu is head and equity partner of Dacheng LLP, a Mongolia-based branch office of Dacheng. The firm said that the acquisition of the certificate will have a significant bearing on legal service market expansion in Mongolia and the growth of Dacheng’s Global Legal Services Network.
