STATE SECRETARY B.BATKHISHIG MEETS AMBASSADORS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs B.Batkhishig received on Thursday the Ambassadors of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) and Canada, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the meeting held with the FRG Ambassador Mr. Peter Schaller, they shared views on measures to be taken in accordance with the high-level state visits between the countries and on cooperating in developing the Mongolian studies. B.Batkhishig expressed a willingness of Mongolia to introduce the latest technologies of Germany in the mining sector of Mongolia.
During the meeting held with the Canada's Ambassador Mr. Gregory Goldhawk, the State Secretary pointed out that the two countries have been widening the relations and cooperation in trade and economic fields, and then underlined an importance of the Mongolia-Canada round-table meeting for the bilateral ties and cooperation.
In turn, Mr. Goldhawk congratulated B.Batkhishig on becoming the State Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Mongolia, and expressed his willingness to expand the bilateral relations and cooperation.
