“Mongolia Open 2012” finishes

Mongolian Free style wrestling Union and “Genco” wrestling club organized “Mongolian Open 2012” competition in Ulaanbaatar on January 14 and 15.

Altogether 186 athletes -- 117 men and 69 women -- of free style wrestling from 15 countries competed at the tournament. Athletes who won gold medal rewarded by USD3,000; who won silver medal rewarded by USD2,000 and who won bronze medal rewarded by USD1,000.

Men and women wrestlers of Mongolia who won medals at the tournament are written below:

G.Davaanyam won gold medal and B.Nomin bronze medal in 55 kg men’s division, G.Mandakhnaran gold medal in men’s 60 kg division. B.Batzorig won gold medal, B.Myanganbayar silver medal, Kh.Munkhjargal and B.Ankhbayar bronze medal in men’s 66 kg division. D.Gombodorj won gold medal and P.Unurbat bronze medal in men’s 74 kg division. P.Usukhbayar won silver medal and O.Uitumen bronze medal in men’s 84 kg division. N.Ganzorig silver medal and R.Purevdagva and N.Zolboo bronze medal in men’s 96 kg division. J.Chuluunbat won gold medal, B.Batjargal and E.Odgerel bronze medal in men’s 120 kg division.

Ts.Enkhjargal won silver medal and E.Naranjargal bronze medal in women’s 48 kg division. E.Davaachimeg won gold medal and P.Orkhon bronze medal in women’s 51 kg division. B.Nomin-Erdene won gold medal, S.Byambatseren silver medal and E.Sumiya bronze medal in women’s 55 kg division. T.Munkhtuya won silver medal and B.Shoovdor bronze medal in women’s 59 kg division. S.Battsetseg won gold medal and O.Nasanburmaa silver medal in women’s 63 kg division. B.Oyunsuren won silver medal and T.Bayarzaya and O.Oyuntuya bronze medals in women’s 67 kg division. O.Burmaa won silver medal and B.Odonchimeg bronze medal in women’s 72 kg division.
