Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot Announces Grand Opening of First New Jersey Location

EDISON, NJ--(Marketwired - May 08, 2014) - Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot -- a first-of-its-kind modern restaurant made famous by its flavorful, aromatic broths, extensive menu, and fondue-style cuisine from ancient Inner Mongolia -- is opening their second East Coast location at 1737 Route 27, Edison, NJ 08817.
Little Sheep invites the community to join in celebrating the grand opening on Monday, May 12th.

Conveniently located off of Lincoln Highway Route 27, in the recently renovated Festival Plaza near Rutgers University, the restaurant offers dining room seating for up to 200 guests, private VIP rooms and a beverage bar, which will boast a diverse menu of Asian inspired teas and fresh juices.

Featuring modern décor and a family-friendly atmosphere, Little Sheep offers the very essence of do-it-yourself dining. Patrons build their own entrées, starting with Little Sheep's acclaimed soup base, which is made from scratch and features up to 36 different herbs and spices and comes in varying degrees of spiciness. Guests then place their choice of delicately sliced marbled meats, fresh veggies and fresh noodles into the pot and cook to their liking. Favorites include the supreme lamb shoulder, house shrimp balls, baby bok choy and fresh thick noodles.

"We're excited to debut our unique menu items and inviting experience to Edison," says Michael Wu, CEO of Little Sheep International.

A traditional Inner Mongolian dining style, hot pot is the centerpiece of the Little Sheep dining experience. China's rich history of hot pot can be traced back more than 1,000 years. Today, Little Sheep is proud to offer this traditional dining experience to customers all around the world.
