DRAFT LAWS SUBMITTED TO SPEAKER

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Finance D.Khayankhyarvaa submitted on Thursday to the Parliament Speaker a draft law on granting some rights to the government and a draft resolution on annulling some clauses in the law on 2012 budget.


Since the latter has a clause on augmenting salaries and pensions from March and April, the Minister has decided bring these dates closer in a view of the fuels and consumer goods price boost and an inflation rate growth.

In the first draft he has reflected some clauses on transferring some rights to the government in a view of the withdrawal of the first deputy premier's post. He also submitted a draft resolution on issuing stocks of MNT 300 billion with an aim to recover the budgetary deficit.

The same day, the head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government Ch.Khurelbaatar submitted to the Speaker a draft package law on creating a unified regulation to get rid off duplication in laws of Mongolia; draft amendments to the laws on controlling turnover of explosive substance, blasting tools, on trade and on statistics; and a draft law on ratifying general agreements and conventions of loans to be given from the "Sustainable livelihood" project and from the Asian Development Bank and the Republic of Korea.
