STATISTICAL OFFICIALS IN CANADA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A vice head of the National Statistical office /NSO/ G.Gerelt-Od and other officials are in Canada with a visit October 1-9.
They are to get au fait with statistical system, legal environment and official statistical activities of this country.
An acting head of Canada's Statistics office, Ms Rosemary Bender has received the delegation. She has talked about statistics-related matters such legal scope, system, staffers and their duties, information flow, working ties between statistics central organization, services in provinces.
The Mongolians will visit central and provincial statistics offices.
