The President meets with David Cameron

Paying visit to the United Kingdom, President Ts.Elbegdorj met with UK Prime Minister David Cameron on Monday. Ts.Elbegdorj stated about present situation of Mongolia, development prospect and the state policy and he suggested some items of Mongolia – UK relations and cooperation strengthening.

D. Cameron told about the UK politics, economics, European market crisis, its impact to the UK and its regulation. He said that the Coalition Government of Great Britain is working to issue decisions of stable development and the country future. The Premier noted that the UK is successfully implementing law on anti corruption for companies that work abroad preventing corruption problems and underlined his support of Ts.Elbegdorj’s anti corruption policy.

The two officials exchanged opinions on widening Mongolia – UK relations and developing cooperation on trade, finance and industry. Ts.Elbegdorj and D.Cameron discussed collaboration in democracy, human rights and anti corruption issue, support of transfer period for Northern African countries.
