MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING MEMORANDUM SIGNED IN HEALTH SPHERE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The cooperation and mutual understanding memorandum has been signed by Vise Minister of Health J.Tsolmon, a manager of "Health sector development program-3" project of Asian Development bank /ADB/ J.Altantuya, and a head of Department of Health Sh.Enkhbat. By inking the document on October 3, the sides are launching a reralization of two subprojects “Information technology development in improving health service quality, sufficiency, and system after training” and “Strengthening health calculating capability through creating health economic units”. Located in Gobi-Altai, Dundgobi, Sukhbaatar, Arkhangai and Tov aimags and in Chingeltei and Songinokhairkhan districts of Ulaanbaatar will get tele-medical equipment. It will connect them to State polyclinics and will help refine a postgraduation tele-diagnosis training system, improve health statistical program and software, and increase news speed and usage. The projects will be implemented by the Department of Health, financed by “Health sector development program-3” of ADB, and technically supported by the Health Ministry. The first project is to receive 82 thousand US dollars, the second one--435, 777.7 US dollars.
