CABINET DISCUSSED 32 ISSUES AT SIX MEETINGS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ In January this year, the cabinet met six times and discussed 32 issues and got familiarized with 15 issues.


The cabinet decided to submit three issues to the State Great Khural, to convey two issues to draft law initiators, and to present one matter to the National Security Council (NSC). A matter has been submitted to parliament about issuing stocks of up to MNT 300 billion with an aim to recover the budgetary deficit.

The cabinet also decided to submit to parliament a draft resolution on some measures for augment salaries of state servants and pensions to be granted from the social insurance and welfare funds.

Large-scale works have been done in conjunction with the Year of Supporting Family Development, which has been announced this year by the government.

By the performance by December 2011, the balanced revenue of the master budget reached MNT 4.159.6 billion, showing an overfulfillment by MNT 118 billion or 2.9 per cent. It also a MNT 1.037.1 billion or 33 per cent increase against the year 2010.
