Inner Mongolia steel products output inH1 2012 up by 23pct
It is reported that in the first half of 2012, steel products output in Inner Mongolia hit 8.225 million tonnes, 22.6% higher over prior year accounting for 1.8% of national total output of 467.444 million tonnes. In June, steel products output in Inner Mongolia increased by 5% to 6.448 million tonnes.
Crude steel output in Inner Mongolia increased by 11.1% to 9.066 million tonnes in the first half of 2012, taking up 2.5% of national crude steel output. In June, Inner Mongolia’s crude steel output realized 1.555 million tonnes up by 7.2%YoY.
