SHANGHAI, August 4, SinoCast -- Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Rare-earth (Group) Hi-tech announces that a China North Rare Earth (Group) Hi-tech Company establishment plan, which put forward by Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation, has been approved by the Inner Mongolia autonomous region government and has been filed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The ministry requires Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) to integrate rare earth exploiting, smelting and separation and comprehensive utility companies in Inner Mongolia and Gansu Rare Earth Group. Moreover, the group, taking itself as main body, sets up China North Rare Earth (Group) Hi-tech Company and completes the establishment before the end of 2014.
