Consultancy: Micro-Assessments of the Financial Management Capacity
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
United Nations, is seeking the services of a qualified organization or company for Consultancy Services for Conducting Micro-Assessments of the Financial Management Capacity of Implementing Partners in Mongolia (Long-Term Arrangement).

UNICEF Mongolia Office is pleased to offer a bidder's conference for interested institutions. Pre-bid conference will be organized on Tuesday, 10 June at 10 am in order to give clear explanation on the technical briefing. The objective of the meeting is to enable Offerors to understand requirements, process and to prepare qualified and responsive proposals.
How to apply:
Offers MUST be received by latest 15:00 hrs on June 17, 2014 and will be publicly opened at 15:30 on June 17, 2014. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Proposals must be submitted in a securely sealed envelope in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders attached to the RFP.
