Mongolian Muay Thai boxers take 5 medals

TheMuay Thai Boxing Buryatia National Championship was held in Ulan-Ude on April 12th to 15th. There were Muay Thai boxing tournaments for Junior level, Youth level and Adult.

Boxers from Mongolia and remote regions and provinces of Russia, Khabarovsk, Angarsk, Kemerov, Yakut and Irkutsk competed in the tournaments.

Mongolian boxers took away three silver medals and two bronze medals from the competition.

Bronze medals were won by a student of 75th school, T.Usukhbayar in the 36 kg class, a student of 32nd school and B.Ganselem in 42 kg class. The silver medals were won by a student of 32th school, B.Gantogtokh in the Youth 54 kg class, a student of the College of Technology, B.Batkhuleg in the Adult 54 kg class and student of Tenger Institute, N.Bat-Erdene in the 60 kg class.

The Mongolian team coach O.Altanpurev and judge E.Buyanjargal were on a mission to win in this competition.
