TV5Monde extends distribution in Mongolia and Cambodia
TV5Monde is strengthening its presence in Asia after the renewal of a major contract in Mongolia with Sansar Cable, which has 62,000 subs in the Ulan-Bator area.
In this country, TV5Monde Asie is carried in cable and IPTV basic offers, and has a penetration rate of nearly 70% among TV households.
The French-speaking international channel has also signed a distribution deal in Cambodia with new DTT operator OneTV, whose bouquet is offered in the regions of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukvie and six other provinces to some 8.3 million inhabitants.
