MONGOLIANS PARTICIPATE IN INT'L CONFERENCE ON RUSSIAN LANGUAGE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The prize named after A.S.Pushkin has been given to Ms. P.Altantsetseg, Mongolia, a head of Mongolia's Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature.

She received it while together with the Mongolian delegation was taking part in the 5th international conference "Role of Russian language in European and world languages" held on May 9-13 in Warsaw, Poland. A decision to award her was made upon a Russian President's decree as recognition of her significant contribution to spreading of the Russian language. 
 
This conference has brought together 200 researchers, scholars and educators from 15 countries. They delivered reports and shared views on a present situation of Russian language's development in their countries.
