MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PRESENTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The latest microscope for cerebrospinal surgery has been given by Paul Kranendonk, Dutch and member of the Doctors without border society, and his partners Ad vander Linden and Ernst Delwel, to the central Clinic hospital named after P.N.Shastin.

The microscope is widely used in surgery on brain tumour and brain diverticulum. Mr. Kranendonk, neurosurgical nurse, has worked in Gobi-Altai at a branch of Medical Sciences University in 1998 as a teacher, then, in 2010, he came back together with his family and gave toys to five kindergartens and an equipment needed to “Enkhiin zuun” hospital in Gobi-Altai aimag.
