"HORSEMAN" EXHIBITION RUNS IN NETHERLANDS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A “Horseman” exhibition opened in Allard Pierson archeology museum of the Amsterdam university, Netherlands, on May 15.

The exhibition presents dating back to 600-1400 years historical findings revealed in Mongolia, for example, fossilized human bones, saddle, bridle bit, stirrup, archery, sheepskin coat, musical instrument, cups and wallet found in Khovd, Gobi-Altai and Bayankhongor aimags.

The event, co-organized by the Ministry of Education of Netherlands, Amsterdam university, Archeology institute under the Science Academy of Mongolia, and Honorary consulate of Mongolia to Netherlands, was participated by A.Battur, the Ambassador of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Belgium; Addie Schiphorst, an honorary consul; D.Tseveendorj, a director of Archeology institute under the Science Academy of Mongolia; and others.
