CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday, the cabinet allowed the Finance Minister D.Khayankhyarvaa to allot MNT 32 million from the reserved fund for the 20th anniversary of foundation of the National Security Council (NSC) celebration expected on May 23, 2012.

- The cabinet backed a draft law on ratifying an agreement on founding a joint IT outsourcing center, which was established on March 16, 2012 between the government of Mongolia and the Export-Import Bank of India. This draft law will be submitted to parliament.

- Initiated by some MPs, a draft amendment to the law on law was backed by the cabinet. It will be submitted to the State Great Khural.

- The cabinet did not back a draft amendment to the law on pension insurance, initiated by Z.Altai, L.Gantomor, Sh.Saikhansambuu and S.Erdene MPs.
