Arrested lawyer sent a request to the NCHR
O.Altangerel, a lawyer who arrested on Monday sent a request to the National Commission on Human Rights. He was arrested by the Sukhbaatar district’s court decision for 14 days. O.Altangerel is a lawyer of Ch.Amarbold, former Head of General Police Office.
“There is no basis arrest me. I admitted a request to the Constitutional Court where asked an article using against my client Ch.Amarbold is correct or not. But court didn’t considered my request not ensured work normally as layer. Therefore I’m refused from my client. Please to review this issue” said in his letter to the National Commission on Humar Rights.
