AMBASSADORS ATTEND TRAINING-SEMINAR

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ One-day training-seminar ran on Wednesday in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Mongolia's Ambassadors appointed recently.

The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs B.Batkhishig made the opening remarks. Obligations and directives were given to the ambassadors by Ya.Batsuuri MP, a member of the Standing committee on Security and Foreign Policy; and by L.Purevsuren, an advisor to the President on foreign policy.

Reports on action program of the government and developmental goals of the country were given by T.Gandi, the Minister of Social Welfare and Labor; N.Tumendemberel, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Health; Ts.Togoo, the State Secretary of the Defense Ministry; G.Bayasgalan, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs; D.Dalaijargal, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science; D.Battor, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance; D.Moron, a head of the Office of Immigration, Naturalization and Foreign Citizens; and department heads of some Ministries.

The training has brought together Ch.Battomor, appointed the Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, R.Bold--to Australia, A.Ganbaatar--to the Republic of Poland, T.Gandi--to the Republic of Hungary, M.Ganbold--to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Sh.Odonbaatar--to the Republic of Italy, B.Odonjil--to the Arab Republic of Egypt, D.Enkhbat--to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and O.Och, the Permanent Representative to the UN Headquarters.
